Brownie Mix Cookie
Brownie mix makes a batch of brownies quick and easy. A Brownie Mix cookie is just as quick and easy and it makes a batch of cookies to die for! Grab a box of mix and give these a try.
Jumbo Brownie Mix Cookie1 (21.5 oz.) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3 Tbsp water 2 eggs 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips 1 cup chopped nuts
Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix the brownie mix (dry), flour, oil, water and eggs. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls, 6 cookies at a time, onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees just until set, 12 to 15 minutes. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet and then cool completely. Makes about 15 cookies.
Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix Cookie1 pkg. Pillsbury fudge brownie mix 2 eggs 1/4 cup oil 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl combine the brownie mix, eggs and oil. Beat with a spoon about 50 strokes. Stir in the chocolate pieces. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies are soft to the touch. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets. If desired, frost. Yield: about 48 cookies.
Brownie Mix Cookie Slowpokes1 22 1/2 oz. pkg. brownie mix 1/3 cup water 2 eggs About 1/2 cup pecan halves 15.4 oz. chocolate fudge frosting mix or canned frosting Hot water
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the brownie mix, 1/3 cup water and eggs in large bowl. (The dough will be stiff.) For each cookie, place 3 pecan halves so that they form the letter "Y" on ungreased cookie sheet. (The cookies should be 2 inches apart.) Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto center of each group of nuts. Bake 10 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheet about 2 minutes. Lift the cookies to rack with pancake turner. Prepare the frosting mix as directed on package. Spread a little frosting on each slowpoke with spatula.
Chocolate Oatmeal Brownie Mix Cookie Recipe1 box brownie mix 3/4 tsp. Cinnamon 3/4 cup chopped nuts 1 1/2 cup uncooked oats 1/2 cup water 1 large egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty the brownie mix in a bowl and then add all the other ingredients and stir until mixed well. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool the brownie mix cookie on a cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing to a rack to finish cooling.
