Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookie

Everybody loves peanut butter cookies and a Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookie is so easy to make you can surprise your friends or loved ones with a batch often. If you've got kiddies let them help.

Easy Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookie

1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 Tbsp. Water
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon to an ungreased cookie sheet. Press a crisscross on each cookie with fork prongs that you have dipped in water. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Cool on the cookie sheet for about 1 minute and then remove to racks to finish cooling. Makes 4 to 5 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.

Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

1 pkg. yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 1/3 cup (12 oz. jar) peanut butter
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place the balls 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place a crisscross on each cookie with fork that has been dipped in water. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute and then remove to a rack to finish cooling.

Peanut Butter Cookie With A Kiss

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp. Water

Combine each ingredient in order, one at a time. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon. Form into a ball. Roll each ball in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and put a Hershey candy kiss on the top of each cookie. Press lightly until cookie seems to crack. Put back in oven for 1 minute. Remove and let cool. Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.

Spotlight Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookie

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 cup Reese's Pieces candy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the cake mix, peanut butter, butter, water and eggs and mix until well blended. Fold in candy pieces. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.

Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
