Chewy Peanut Butter CookiesThese Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies are incredible!If you follow the directions for this Chewy Peanut Butter Cookie recipe and don't over bake they always turn out as chewy as they should. "Always use high quality peanut butter in your cookies!" Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies RecipeIngredients 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour Directions Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk set aside. In a large bowl blend the brown sugar and white sugar using an electric mixer set at medium speed. Add the butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping the sides of the bowl. Add the peanut butter and vanilla and mix well at medium speed. Add the eggs one at a time making sure each is well incorporated before adding the next. Mix at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture and mix at low speed until just mixed. Place the cookie dough in the refrigerator and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Drop the peanut butter cookie dough by cookie scoop onto an ungreased half sheet pan. With a wet fork gently press cookies in a crisscrossed pattern. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes at 300 degrees or until the cookies are slightly brown along the edges. Allow the cookies to cool a minute or so on the half sheet pan and then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely. This recipe makes awesomely Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies! You Might Need:
