Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie

Chocolate is a favorite cookie of a lot of people. A Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie Recipe speeds up the cookie baking process. Throw in a handful of chocolate chips and you get a double chocolate fix.

Double Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie Nougats

1 pkg. Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 cup (6 oz.) chocolate bits
Pecan halves, if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Blend the cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir in the chocolate bits. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, top each cookie with a pecan half. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until the cookie tests done with toothpicks. Cool on the cookie sheet 1 minute and then remove to a rack to finish cooling.

Big Fat Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie

1 pkg. (18.5 oz.) chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease cookie sheet with shortening. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package except use 1/2 cup water and 2 eggs. Omit the salad oil. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons 3-inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips. Bake in 375 degrees oven 8 to 10 minutes or until almost no impression remains when a cookie is touched lightly. Cool on the cookie sheet 1 minute and then lift the cookies to a rack with a pancake turner.

Citrus Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie

8 oz. box chocolate cake mix
4 tsp. lemon peel, freshly grated
3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. orange peel, freshly grated
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat at medium speed until mixture is smooth. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. This Cookie Recipe yields about 60 cookies.

Double Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie

1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter recipe fudge cake mix
1/2 cup Flour
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Blend the cake mix, flour, oil and eggs. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes until your cookie tests done with a toothpick. Don't overcook. Cool on the cookie sheet about 1 minute and then remove to a rack to finish cooling.
