Christmas Candy No Bake Cookie
This first Christmas Candy No Bake Cookie is Holly Christmas Cookies and uses red-hots candy in the recipe. The second is Cocoa Rum Balls and is more like eating candy.

Holly Christmas Cookies
(Christmas Candy No Bake Cookie)
No Bake Cookies Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) package large marshmallows
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons green food coloring
4 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
1 (2.25 ounce) package cinnamon red-hot candies
No Bake Cookies Directions
In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the marshmallows, butter, vanilla, and food coloring. Mix in the cornflakes cereal.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper and decorate with the red hots. Set aside, and allow the no bake cookies to cool.

1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
1 1/2 cups nuts
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup light rum
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/8 cup confectioners' sugar
No Bake Cookie Directions
Process the vanilla wafers and the nuts in a food processor until they are about the consistency of corn meal.
In a large bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, chopped nuts, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, and cocoa. Mix in the rum and corn syrup. Shape no bake cookies dough into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar.
Store Cocoa Rum Balls in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days to develop flavor. Roll them again in confectioners' sugar before serving.
