Easy Cookies

These Easy Cookies will make you look like a cookie baking professional. Just don't tell anybody that they are made from a cake mix. The taste and appearance is almost like a snickerdoodle cookie.

Easy Vanilla Cookie

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons white sugar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, egg and whipped topping until a dough forms.

In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon and sugar. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture. The dough is really sticky so spray your hands with cooking spray.

Place the cookies on an unprepared cookie sheet about 1 to 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. The cookies will be golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

These cookies are super easy but very impressive looking and darned good tasting. You can't ask much more than that from a cookie recipe. Enjoy!
