Easy To Make Cookies

These are extremely easy to make cookies. They are quick cookie bars loaded up with chocolate, pecans and coconut with a graham cracker crust. These easy cookies are rich and sweet.

Easy To Make Cookie Bars

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/3 cups Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
6 (1 ounce) squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup Planters Chopped Pecans
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the butter and graham cracker crumbs together.

Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil with the ends of the foil extending over the sides of the pan. (This is for handles to remove the cookies after baking.) Spray the foil with cooking spray.

Press the graham cracker and butter mixture firmly onto the bottom of the prepared pan.

Sprinkle with the coconut, chopped chocolate and chopped pecans and cover with the sweetened condensed milk.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minute or until golden brown.

Cool the cookies completely on a wire rack.

Lift the cookies from the pan with the foil handles to a cutting board. Cut into 36 bars.

These Easy to Make Cookies store well in a tightly covered container at room temperature.
