Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Of all the chocolate chip cookie recipes in the world oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are my favorite. I don't know where I found the original recipe but I've altered it so much that I guess now it's mine. It's very similar to the Nestle chocolate chip recipe except for the addition of the oatmeal. I also use fewer chocolate chips and more pecans. I like to leave the pecans in fairly large pieces for the crunch factor.
