White Chocolate Cookie Recipe

This White Chocolate Cookie Recipe makes a cookie similar to one my Aunt used to give me with a glass of milk when I was a child.

They are a little crusty on the outside and chewy inside.

Great Cookies!

White Chocolate Cookie

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 2/3 cups white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies are set. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

This White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe contains oatmeal and they are absolutely the best. Just be sure you don't over bake. They are best when just lightly browned.

1 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg and vanilla.

Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the rolled oats, white chocolate chips and pecans.

Drop by tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.

What a cookie! Bake it once and it will be in high demand from then on.

For a more professional look you can use white chocolate bars chopped up. Either way these cookies are super delicious!
